FAQ
1) What kind of services you have?
All kind of documents. Including: Diplomas, Certificates, Reference Letters... etc, you name it.
2) What if I pay and you don't send me anything?
If you think we will do this, maybe you shouldn't even contact us. Anyway, we have a private area for showing our recent customer comment and feedback on our products. Please email us for login and password of the private page.
3) Can you send me a sample of University of xxxxxx?
Again, we receive too many sample/template requests everydays. You must send
us your order form first. We are seriously on this measurement, you
MUST at least provide a graduation year, major, or in some cases, let
us know which language of diploma you want especially for universities
in Canada where French and English ver. are available.
4) Which college templates you have?
We have over 980 templates over the world, include
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Asian countries, European countries, and
Middle-East too. Just send us an email to confirm which
college/university you want. Also, you can provide us a template if you
need a custom made. We can match it as closely as possible.
5) Can you make transcript?
Yes/No, in fact we are unwilling to. Unless you
have a strong reason. It is not easy, and need a lot of works (usually
take 2 weeks).
6) Can you make watermark paper?
We did before, but it is too expensive and no one will pay for that.
7) What is the payment options?
We accept Credit Card only for our in-house diploma. For custom made, we only take Western Union or MoneyGram.
8) Does your company legit? How can I trust you?
If you don't trust, please don't order, or even contact us. Our "company" isn't a registered firm and we don't give out our contact number too. But we believe our products are top in
class, and you can't find anyone do better job than us.
9) I am in rush, can you finish my order within 2-3 days?
No, No, No! Again, quality take time. That's why we have to limit our custom made order. We don't give a damn!
10) Does it really 100% match to my original diploma/document?
No, it is still from duplication, we can't guarantee it. All we can do is to get it as close as possible. In reality, you ONLY can get 100% "real" from the issuer.
11) How soon can I get my diploma?
Around 2 weeks. We do have rush service for some generic design diplomas, but for custom made (real diploma) orders, we don't accept rush order. Please contact us earlier.
12) Will my diploma have any word "novelty" on it?
No. Not a funny thing on it too! Again, it will be "usable".
13) Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes! If we make a mistake or misspell on your information, we will send a replacement to you. We usually send out a draft before we print, and you will have a chance to check everything.
However we do not offer refund due to the nature of the product. Our goal is to make "usable"
diploma. If you want to make change on the diploma after you received
it just let us know and we will happy to help you out. It might cost
extra money or at no cost depending on your request.
